Internal Sales Representative

Access Express Sydney is a leading supplier of Express equipment, specialising in elevated work platforms and access solutions for both express and sale. We are growing-and with that growth comes an exciting opportunity for a motivated, results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our St Marys team.

You will be part of a supportive, fast-paced and collaborative environment where your success is celebrated and your development matters. Working alongside experienced Sales Managers and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in driving growth for the Access Express brand while delivering outstanding service to our customers.

This is an office-based role located in St Marys.

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm. 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities through inbound enquiries and proactive outbound calling (warm and cold leads).
• Prepare customer quotes and provide technical information on Access Express' equipment and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to achieve shared business targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in the Express industry or a similar technical or sales environment (advantageous but not essential).
• A strong ability to learn and retain technical product knowledge in a fast-paced setting.
• A natural drive to identify and create new business opportunities.
• Proven relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly approach.
• The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• A fun, energetic and hardworking mindset, with a willingness to learn and be coached for success.
