Business Analyst

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Business Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing reporting solutions across the AVADA Group. This role will leverage data from multiple systems to provide accurate, timely and actionable insights to stakeholders throughout the business.

You will play a key role in delivering business intelligence solutions through Power BI, automating processes using Power Automate, and ensuring data integrity across reporting platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, building visually compelling dashboards, and partnering with leaders to drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports across multiple business functions. 

• Build meaningful reporting solutions that provide visibility of operational and financial performance. 

• Create interactive visualisations and KPI reporting to support strategic decision-making. 

• Extract, transform and analyse data from financial, operational and HR systems. 

• Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance activities. 

• Translate large and complex datasets into actionable business insights.

• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate. 

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and business processes. 

• Gather reporting requirements and recommend practical reporting solutions.

• Deliver a customer-focused reporting service that exceeds stakeholder expectations.

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate

• Experience in a Business Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst or similar reporting-focused role. 

• Strong expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX and data modelling. 

• Experience working with large datasets and complex data transformations. 

• Practical experience with Power Automate and business process automation. 

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Query skills. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking capability. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 

• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. 

• The ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
