Looking for: A driven, kind, compassionate and professional lady to join the small business. That is committed to learn how to use the ultrasound machine.

Key Responsibilities:

• First 3-6 weeks learning the ultrasound machine

• Perform ultrasound scans (non-medical, keepsake imaging)

• Greet clients and explain the ultrasound process in a friendly, reassuring manner

• Assist with bookings, payments, and basic administrative tasks

• Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming studio environment

• Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to all safety protocols

• Be a punctual and reliable team member

Must be:

Happy and committed to the challenge of learning the machine, happy with flexibility, happy with working weekends, great customer service, some experience in pregnancy, professional attitude, attention to detail, use initiative and happy to work independently.

An appointment looks like:

Welcoming customers in, conducting an ultrasound of all the cutest videos and images, printing photos, operating POS.
