Paediatric Occupational Therapist - New Graduate or Experienced

About the role

We are seeking one Occupational Therapist to join our supportive, experienced and collaborative team. The role will be tailored to your level of experience, strengths and career goals. Whether you're a New Graduate OT eager to develop your paediatric skills or an experienced Paediatric OT looking for greater clinical autonomy, leadership and professional growth, this role offers structured mentorship and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to children and families

• Manage individual caseloads and contribute to shared cases

• Participate in protected 1:1 supervision, team supervision, coaching, mentoring and case conferencing

• Work alongside experienced senior OTs in a collaborative clinical environment

• For experienced clinicians: contribute to case consultation, mentoring, service development and clinical leadership

About you

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current AHPRA registration

• Eligibility for Medicare provider status

• NSW Working with Children Check

• Strong written and verbal English skills

• Genuine interest in working with children and families

• Growth mindset and commitment to professional development

• Passionate about paediatrics, open to feedback and coaching and committed to continuous learning and development
