Casual Cleaner – Immediate Start

About us

All Abode & Co is a growing short-stay accommodation & property services business. We manage quality Airbnb and short-stay properties, and also have a large number of residential and commercial clients that we service on a weekly and fortnightly basis in the Capricorn Coast Region.

About the role

You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing short-stay accommodation properties between guests, ensuring each property is presented to the required All Abode & Co 5 Star standard.

Key responsibilities

• General and detailed cleaning of short-stay properties

• Changing and making beds to a high standard

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas

• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising

• Restocking guest supplies when required

• Checking the property is guest-ready before leaving

• Reporting any damage, maintenance issues or missing items

• Completing cleans within the allocated timeframe

• Following cleaning checklists, procedures and instructions

• Working independently while maintaining consistent quality

About you

• Previous professional cleaning experience (short-stay/Airbnb experience is highly regarded)

• Excellent attention to detail

• Reliable and punctual

• Physically fit and comfortable with the demands of cleaning work

• Able to work independently without constant supervision

• Take direction and follow procedures

• High standards and take pride in work

• Trustworthy and respectful of guests' homes and belongings

• Reliable transport and a current driver's licence

• Flexible with availability, particularly around weekends and busy periods
