As a key member of our team you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service.  Your duties will include:

Customer Service

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Assist them with their storage and removal needs.

• Handle customer requests, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Sales

• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.

• Provide quotes and guidance on our storage and removal services.

• Understand customer needs and offer tailored storage and removal solutions.

Admin

• Process new customer agreements.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• A customer-first mindset and a positive attitude.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in customer service and administration.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

• Experience in Microsoft Office and computer systems in general.

• Friendly and supportive environment.
