Relief Supervisor - Campbelltown Golf and Bowling Club

We’re on the lookout for a confident and experienced Relief Supervisor to support the leadership of our two venues – the Campbelltown Golf Club and Campbelltown Bowling Club.

Our Campbelltown Golf Club is a vibrant Club offering pub-style indoor and outdoor dining, modern event spaces, and a newly refurbished clubhouse. Over at the Campbelltown Bowling Club, we are a community-focused venue that brings together great food, drinks, bowls, and entertainment in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

As a Relief Supervisor, you’ll step up to lead the team in the absence of our regular supervisors—while still being hands-on in all aspects of club operations. This role is perfect for someone who can work under pressure, lead by example, and connect naturally with customers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience every time.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment

• A natural leader who leads by example and motivates the team

• A bubbly, confident personality with a love for people and service

• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in Events is highly regarded

• Flexible availability, including weekends and nights

In this role you will:

• Oversee daily service operations when rostered as supervisor

• Provide support and direction to the team during peak periods

• Ensure our service standards are met and exceeded

• Step in as a hands-on team member when not rostered in the relief supervisor role

• Create meaningful interactions with members and guests to deliver exceptional experiences
