Summary:

As the Director of People Operations in the hospitality and catering industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving organisational effectiveness. Based in Adelaide, South Australia, this permanent full-time position requires a strategic leader who can foster a culture of excellence and innovation, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, skilled, and aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices in human resources.

Qualifications:
