Wellness Assistant

We’re seeking warm, grounded and passionate Wellness Assistants to join our SAINT HAVEN Collingwood team. This is a casual opportunity for someone who genuinely cares about wellbeing and creating exceptional member experiences.

As a Wellness Assistant, you will:

• Welcome members and deliver warm, personalised service.

• Guide members safely through advanced wellness treatments, including cryotherapy, red light therapy, PEMF and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

• Educate members on our treatments, services and retail products.

• Support members throughout their wellness and recovery journey.

• Maintain a calm, pristine and beautifully presented environment.

• Follow all health, safety and operational procedures.

• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a seamless six-star experience.

• Experience in wellness, spa, fitness, healthcare or luxury hospitality.

• A natural warmth and genuine passion for health and wellbeing.

• Confident communication and exceptional attention to detail.

• A professional, member-focused approach.

• Availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays is essential.
