Are you passionate about shaping the future for young people in our community?
Join Council as our Senior Youth Services Officer and lead the development and delivery of engaging programs, events and initiatives that inspire, support and empower young people across the Goulburn Mulwaree region.
From youth skills development and mentoring programs to community events, grant-funded projects and facilitation of the Goulburn Mulwaree Youth Council, this rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact while guiding youth engagement activities and supporting a vibrant, connected community.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
A weekly salary between $1,403.58 - $1,579.71 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12% superannuationWork a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working week, including some after hours and weekend work if/when requiredFlexible and hybrid working arrangements under Council’s Flex First Procedure including access to an individualised hours agreementAccess to 2 weeks sick leave per year, cumulative where unusedAccess to 1-week MyLeave per year, to be utilised for any purposeAccess to long service leave after 5 years of employmentSalary packaging options available including novated leasingGenerous paid parental leave arrangements for both parentsGenerous reward and recognition programs and initiatives
