Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Product Support Coordinator to join our Specialist Wholesale Product Team based at our Tullamarine Distribution Centre.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with an interest in photography. Working from a dedicated photography area within the warehouse, you'll be responsible for photographing automotive products, maintaining accurate records and supporting product data processes used across the business.

The role offers flexibility across Monday to Friday, with hours that can be tailored around availability. Some weeks may involve full-time hours, while others may offer shorter days. It's an excellent opportunity for someone returning to the workforce, a photography enthusiast, or someone looking for a consistent casual role with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a dedicated product photo booth and camera equipmentCapture clear, accurate and high-quality images of automotive productsPrepare products for photography, including unpacking, arranging and repacking itemsReview images to ensure quality, consistency and accuracyEnter and maintain product information within spreadsheets and internal systemsTrack product movement through established workflowsMaintain accurate records and data integrityAssist with general product support activities as requiredKeep the photography workspace clean, organised and safe

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyGood computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Excel or spreadsheetsThe ability to follow processes and work independentlyA proactive and organised approach to workStrong reliability and a positive attitudeConfidence learning new systems and technology

Additional Information

Working Environment

This role is based within a dedicated photography area located at the far end of our large Tullamarine Distribution Centre.

Candidates should be comfortable:

Working within a warehouse environmentWalking through a large distribution centre dailyWorking in varying temperatures throughout the year, including warmer and cooler conditionsUndertaking occasional manual handling when moving or positioning products for photographyWorking independently for extended periods while managing their own workflow
