Everything we serve at FISHBOWL today carries this ethos, that's why we make all of our salads from scratch, build our menu around local produce and have open kitchens in all 30+ stores across three states.

Job Description

As a mixer at FISHBOWL, you’ll be an ambassador of our core values. You will be responsible for personalised guest experiences, walking our customers through the menu and making beautiful salads from scratch.

Responsibilities: 

• Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu
• Make wholesome salads from scratch
• Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards, eliminating cross-contamination
• Maintain knowledge of allergen information and demonstrate proper food handling
• Maintain clean and organised kitchen area
• Operate POS register to complete customer transactions
• Greet guests, guide the customers and resolve any guest issues
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for you and your team

Qualifications

You scream good vibes, have an enthusiastic both customer and team focused personality and care about everything you do, even when no one is watching. You have the desire to challenge the way people eat and make an impact on your community. You’re always hungry for more and want to grow in your career.
