Residential Property Manager

Due to the rapid growth of our department, Ray White Mandurah is looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our family-owned, tech-driven team. We restrict our portfolios to a manageable cap of approximately 140 properties per Property Manager. Combined with collaborative support and cutting-edge tech, that means less firefighting, better work-life balance, and more time focused on what you do best.

As a key member of our Property Management team, you will run your portfolio with pride, support, and autonomy. Your focus will include:

• Liaising directly with Landlords and Tenants to build strong, lasting relationships

• Arranging property maintenance promptly and as required to keep assets in top condition

• Interpreting WA property legislation to mitigate risk and add genuine value for your clients

• Providing proactive and professional guidance to landlords regarding the performance and management of their properties

• Leveraging integrated technology platforms to seamlessly and efficiently run your portfolio

• Utilising our supportive team environment to grow your career and experience through many ongoing opportunities

• Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members, including Property Managers, Associates, Leasing Partners, and Cadets

• Current WA Property Management Registration & valid WA Driver’s License

• 1+ years of experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager

• An enthusiasm for adopting new technology and efficient systems

• A resilient, patient, and collaborative attitude that aligns with our family culture

• Ability to complete a National Police Clearance prior to commencement
