• Location: Melbourne CBD (First 4 weeks 100% onsite training, then hybrid: 3 days office / 1 day home)

• Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

• Salary: $95,000 Including Super (Pro Rata)

• Hours: Part-Time / 4 Days per Week (Wednesdays required)

Join a leading financial advice team in the Melbourne CBD as a Client Service Administrator. Working within a collaborative advice operations team, you will deliver high-quality administrative support to financial planners and members, helping ensure smooth advice delivery and seamless client experiences.

• Manage shared team inboxes, client enquiries, and daily operational task queues.

• Maintain accurate client records, file notes, and compliance data in XPLAN.

• Liaise with third-party providers to submit authorities and collect client information.

• Assist with strategy implementation, fee processing, invoicing, and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with advisers, paraplanners, and support teams to drive process improvements.

• Proven administrative experience within Financial Planning / Financial Services.

• Solid proficiency using XPLAN and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of tasks.

• RG146 compliance or relevant financial planning qualifications (Diploma/Advanced Diploma) highly regarded.
