• Must be available to work Monday to Sunday, with some weekend shifts required (8am – 12pm)

Now a national team with almost 700 people, we’re busy 24 x 7, making and delivering delicious baked goodies from our artisanal bakeries in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. What You’ll Do:

Help us deliver Australia’s best artisanal bread and pastries by managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and supporting smooth operations from order to delivery.

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and online orders.

• Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately.

• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints with a smile.

• Coordinate with production and logistics for timely deliveries.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ customer service experience

• Enthusiastic, bubbly, and customer focused.

• Strong communicator, comfortable on the phone, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

• Flexible to work Monday – Friday with some weekend work required too.
