Due to increasing demand for our services, we are looking for highly motivated Structural Drafters with 5+ years of experience to join our Brisbane structural engineering team.  Our Newstead team consists of talented and capable professionals who love what they do, along with supportive leaders in a people-focussed workplace.

You’ll enjoy working with respected industry professionals and possess the agility required to consistently deliver high-quality work across a diverse range of projects, including:

• Luxury and Prestige Residential

• Townhouses and Multi-residential (3–9 storeys)

• Commercial and Industrial Developments

• Aged Care and Educational Facilities

• Community & Service Clubs

• Civil Infrastructure & Bridges

5+ years Revit experience and proficient in AutoCAD with 3-5 years' experience in structural/architectural consultancies, ideally within a QLD workplace.

Key to your success is your ability to problem-solve technical issues and communicate proactively with delivery managers and engineers.  You will have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in producing drawings and documentation of a standard that is second to none.  You understand the challenges that can arise on structural design projects and are able to comfortably demonstrate an ability to keep cool while maintaining pace and the quality of your work.  Our Brisbane team values effective communication and collaboration, so we are looking for drafters who can demonstrate success working as an integral part of a close-knit team.
