Labourer Wanted – Powder Coating Factory

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our busy powder coating team at Elite Powdercoaters in Wangara.

This is a hands-on role involving the preparation and handling of metal products before and after the powder coating process. You'll work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties include:

• Preparing metal products for powder coating
• Hanging and removing parts from the production line
• Cleaning, masking, and general surface preparation
• Packing finished products
• General factory labouring and housekeeping
• Assisting with other production tasks as required

About You:

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Have a valid forklift ticket
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience:
No experience is necessary, and full training will be provided to the right applicant.

However, preference will be given to candidates with previous powder coating experience, particularly those familiar with preparation work such as cleaning, masking, hanging parts, and other pre-coating processes.

You will need a licence and a car as the area is not well serviced by public transport.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 6.30am till 3.30pm and Friday 6.30am to 1.30pm. Permanent Employment ( 6 month probation)
