We want you to join us on the journey, as we take Ksubi to the next level globally. Ksubi is looking for a Store Manager to lead our brand new, and seventh, store in Sydney CBD. Ksubi has built high-performing retail teams with collaboration, transparency, and an innovative mindset at the heart of everything we do, and we're excited to continue expanding the Ksubi store experience in Australia.

We’re looking for a leader who brings energy to the Ksubi brand and knows what it takes to build a high-performing store. You’ll lead from the front, develop and motivate your team, drive strong commercial results, and create a store experience that brings Ksubi to life for our customers.

What You'll Do

Manage, monitor, and drive sales to nail store targets and maximise profitabilityReview sales and stock sell through reports, analyse what has impacted your store results and work closely with our Head Office teamHold yourself and each individual accountable for their own resultsMentor and coach your team to allow them to grow, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps through honesty, generosity, and true empowermentManage the team’s workload, workflow, time management and ultimate delivery through strong accountability and goal settingDrive the retention, recruitment, and training of all store staffEnsure visual directives and standards are maintained
