• Deliver planned, reactive, and project-based maintenance on-site

• Complete urgent, routine, and ad-hoc repairs and inspections

• Work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate on larger projects

• Conduct PRA and Job Safety Analysis before commencing work

• Liaise with stakeholders to minimise service disruptions

• Maintain high standards across KPIs, safety, compliance, and reporting

• Submit work reports within 1 business day

• A Grade Electrical Licence + 5+ years’ maintenance experience

• Strong skills in fault finding, diagnostics, and building services

• Construction Card + Driver’s Licence

• Cabling registration & WWCC (preferred)

• Solid understanding of Electrical Standards and OH&S

• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and safety‑focused

• One fixed location — no travel, no stress
