As a Drinks/Bar Attendant at The Pancake Parlour, you'll be at the heart of our busy restaurant, crafting and serving an exciting range of hot and cold drinks (think our iconic Swiss Mountain Malts!)  You’ll be the expert behind the counter, and you’ll be interacting with customers, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring every drink is made to perfection.                                                                                                                   

The ideal candidate brings a passion for great service and a knack for creating memorable moments. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing both independent work and seamless teamwork to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation across the restaurant.

What you’ll be doing:

• Masterfully prepare and serve an enticing variety of hot and cold drinks, from perfect lattes to refreshing cold brews like our house made ice teas!
• Craft delicious food items and snacks, ensuring every plate is served with flair and precision.
• Provide exceptional customer service, making every interaction feel personal and enjoyable.
• Keep the bar area spotless, ensuring everything is organized and running smoothly for your team.
• Work closely with the team to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards that exceed expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of one year of experience in a restaurant or food service setting, where your skills shine.
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and safety practices, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both customers and colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail and a flair for organization, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Passionate about the art of coffee and tea preparation, with the ability to craft beverages that delight the senses.
• A natural when it comes to delivering exceptional customer service, leaving every guest with a smile.
