We’re gearing up for summer — and we’re looking for great people to join us.

We’re growing our kitchen teams across Spero Greek, Playa Mexican and Bocca Italian, and we’re looking for passionate, reliable and motivated hospitality professionals at all levels.

Whether you’re an experienced Chef looking for your next challenge, a talented Pizza Chef, a Cook ready to step up, or a Kitchen Steward wanting to get your foot in the door — we want to hear from you.

• Kitchen Stewards

• Full-time and casual positions available

What we’re offering

Full-time salaries: $68,000 – $78,000 + super, depending on qualifications, experience and position.

Casual positions: Paid in accordance with applicable award rates.

What we’re looking for

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred, but we welcome applicants at different stages of their hospitality career

• Chefs must hold the relevant qualifications for their level
