About the role

In this role, the Commercial Cleaner/Property Maintenance Worker will use their diverse skillset to deliver high-quality maintenance and handyperson services to our valued clients across the region.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• general cleaning of properties & common areas

• gardening/grounds maintenance incl mowing, pruning, weeding, etc.

• basic handyman tasks (minor repairs, painting, fixtures, maintenance checks)

• identifying and reporting maintenance issues

• ensuring properties are safe, clean & presentable.

What we're looking for

• Full Australian working rights essential (role is Melbourne-based)

• Min. 1-2 years property maintenance experience or similar

• Current driver's license + reliable transport access essential

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently/manage time effectively

• Excellent communication & customer service skills
