About the role
Tillys Play and Development Centres are a family owned business that has been providing high quality care and education for children birth to 12 years since 1994.
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated cleaner to join our Tillys team working at our Fern Bay Centre. We are committed to embedding the Child Safe Standards and maintaining an environment that promotes the safeguarding of all children and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for educators, children and families.
Working with us will see the following benefits:
* Part time position cleaner - 5 days per week - 3 hours per night = 15 hrs per week

Your role
You will be responsible for:
* Providing a clean and safe environment
* Ensure all areas of the centre are cleaned & maintained to the highest level including children's classrooms, offices, bathrooms/toilets, outdoor areas, staff rooms, common areas
* Collect and remove all rubbish
* Stocking consumables (toilet paper, hand towels, chemicals etc).
* A strong understanding of infection control principles.
* Able to work effectively with minimal supervision and as a team player.
* High attention to detail.
Essential Requirements
* Relevant experience
* Current Working with Children Check
* Excellent organisational skills
* Current drivers license
*Child Safety Training
