Join the dynamic customer service team at Aquatic Leisure Technologies' as a Customer Liaison Officer. In this full-time position based in Jandakot, WA, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and building lasting relationships. Your empathetic and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What will your typical day look like?

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and live chat

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers about products, services, and policies

• Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, seeking to find mutually beneficial solutions

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the leisure or retail industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office applications

• Commitment to continuous learning and a desire to enhance your skills

• Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and business priorities
