Leighton Asia, Sedgman, Turner and FlatironDragados are seeking expressions of interest from CPB Contractors and UGL employees with strong operational delivery experience to work on major global projects.

Opportunities exist for Senior Project Management, Design, Construction, Sustainability, Quality, Engineering professionals as well as the areas of Mechanical and Maintenance/Reliability & Senior Estimators and Civil, Structural and Tunnelling Engineers.

With expanding support needed across landmark international projects in Asia, Europe, Canada and USA, we’re looking for people who are:

• Proven performers in project operations, delivery, or construction management
• Experienced on large-scale civil, rail or building infrastructure
• Adaptable, collaborative, and excited by global project environments
• Looking to grow their career through international assignments

Successful candidates will be supported with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance to the relevant location. Eligibility to obtain the required work visa for the destination country is essential. Opportunities will generally be based as a secondment from CPB to the Host entity. Timeframes can be discussed.

The Opportunities:

FlatironDragados (FlatironDragados) a leading construction powerhouse within the global ACS network, the same international group that CIMIC is part of, is seeking experienced Project Management, Construction & Engineering talent for major infrastructure programs across Canada and the USA;

Canada:

• Bowmanville Expansion, Whitby, ON: CAD $2bn rail extension of approximately 12km of new single track and 8km’s of double track and associated infrastructure including rail bridges, road overpasses and pedestrian grade separations. (scheduled completion 2033)
• Canadian Maritime Provinces: Longterm, staged dam refurbishment project in Eastern Canada with early works in 2027
• Roberts Bank Terminal 2 Project, Vancouver, BC Area: Progressive design-build landmass & wharf project with early works anticipated to begin in 2027
• The QEW Garden City Skyway, St. Catharine’s, ON – Bridge Twinning Project: CAD $2bn design & construction of 2.2k km multi-span bridge to twin the existing viaduct (completion 2032)

USA:

• SR400 Express Lane Highway, Atlanta, Georgia: Consortium with Acciona and Meridiam, a design and build of a 25km dual lane Highway in Georgia. Project completion 2031
• California: several rail projects in the state such as the Brightline High Speed rail Las Vegas to Los Angeles (completion 2031)
• Northern Virginia: multiple rail and bridge projects throughout DC, Maryland & Virginia
• Indianapolis & Georgia: multiple advanced technology projects including Data Centre market segments

 Turner Construction: Turner Website Turner Construction is a global construction services company with 16,000+ employees, delivering over $28 billion in projects annually and recognized for complex builds, innovation, and local delivery backed by global resources

Canada: Early works commencement for a major airport project in Toronto due this year, with completion targeted in 2023/2024. Key roles with aviation project experience will be:

• Sustainability and Environmental Lead
• Quality Controls and Assurance Lead

With more than 40 years of experience, we deliver innovative engineering, project delivery and operational solutions for clients worldwide. Opportunities exist for Mechanical and Maintenance/Reliability, Design, Engineering and Construction Management professionals.

International positions with Sedgman are based in their regional offices across Europe, North America and Canada

Leighton Asia: Leighton Asia Website Part of the CIMIC group, Leighton Asia stands among Asia’s top-tier contractors, known for delivering many of the region’s landmark projects. Opportunities exist for experienced senior project and construction lead roles, as well as Civil/Building/MEP Engineers at all levels:

• Malaysia: Johor Bahru, Data Centre projects: Greenfield campus developments across 80+ acres. These facilities will deliver up to 1GW of IT and network capacity across multiple buildings as well as administration, operational support security facilities and associated site infrastructure & MEP installation management. Direct data centre project experience not essential. (Scheduled completion from 2030)
• Singapore: Data Centre projects: MEP installation management, construction & commissioning of 100MW data centre facilities. (Scheduled completion 2029)
• India: Mixed use/high rise developments and Data Centres projects : Multiple roles available for Project Directors, Project Managers and Design Managers (CSA and MEP)
• Hong Kong:  Opportunities for experienced plant managers, and engineers at all levels with civil, structural, and tunnelling project experience

 IDD TECH: Home Integrated Digital Delivery solutions business, part of the CIMIC Group.

USA:

• Experienced Senior Estimator with CATS experience to assist with pre-sales and training CATS users in the US. Based within the Flatiron and Turner Head Offices in Atlanta, Georgia.
