Oral Health Therapist

• Located less than 1 min walk from Carlton Train station

• 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Oral Health Therapist to join our team at our brand-new practice located in Carlton. 

About the role:         

• Working closely with Dr. Peter Bakouris and Associates to deliver high-quality oral health care to our patients

• Check up and cleans

• Confidence in restorations on adults

• Complete scope of paediatric care and restorative treatments

• Treatment and management of periodontal conditions

• Administering in chair and take-home whitening

• Orthodontic maintenance (orthodontic experience highly regarded)

• Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records

• Adhering to infection control protocols

You will be provided a nurse at all times and work closely with a Dentist each day when in the practice. 

About you: 

• Qualified Oral Health Therapist

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration

• Professional indemnity insurance and radiation license 

• Friendly and caring personality 

• Show attention to detail and take pride in your work 

• Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to take initiative

• Excellent communication and empathy skills 

• Positive and willing to learn and grow 

• Confidence in clinical treatment

• Professional chair side manner
