About the role
Swimart Cleveland, one of Australia’s most trusted franchises in pool and spa care, is a successful, family owned and operated pool retailer and service provider in the Redlands. With strong skills set and customer experience top of mind, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team of pool technicians and cater for our ongoing growth.
What you’ll be doing:
Transform backyard pools into pristine retreats while working with our loyal clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Installing and servicing high-quality pool equipment such as pumps, filters, chlorinators, and automated cleaning systems
Performing comprehensive pool maintenance and water quality checks ensuring optimal water chemistry through testing and treatment
Expertly diagnosing and fixing equipment issues
Offering professional advice on pool equipment upgrades and maintenance
Building and developing client relationships & identifying sales opportunities.
Keep company vehicle tidy, stocked with relevant chemicals, tools and pool cleaning equipment.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in pool maintenance and equipment installation
Strong technical knowledge of pool systems and water chemistry including specialty treatments
Valid Queensland Driver's License (essential)
Tech savvy (use specialised software both on computer and mobile)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Positive and proactive attitude with a drive to succeed and grow with the team.
Reliable with excellent attendance record.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
