About the role

Harcourts Property Hub is seeking an exceptional Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Robina, Queensland. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content to support our marketing and communications initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute content strategies to promote the Harcourts Property Hub brand across various channels

• Shoot and produce high quality content (both video and stills) for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

• Showcase our events such as auctions, staff parties, seller testimonials etc

• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify content opportunities that align with our overall marketing objectives

• Monitor content performance and use data-driven insights to continuously improve content effectiveness

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains innovative and impactful

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a content creator, with a strong portfolio of work

• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand content

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, with the ability to create content optimised for different channels

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines

• Familiarity with real estate or property marketing would be highly advantageous
