We are currently seeking a Car Sales Consultant - Trainee to join our growing team at SCL Automotive .  Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end vehicle sales process and for creating an outstanding customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Initiating and maintaining strong and valuable relationships with customers

• Determining customer requirements and advising on suitable vehicle models

• Showing vehicles and arranging test drives with customers

• Taking sale orders and preparing the contract of sale and any other relevant paperwork

• Preparing the vehicle for delivery, including booking fitment of aftermarket products and accessories 

• Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge

• Maintaining a high level of customer service

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on time management 

• High level attention to detail 

• Ability to prioritise in line with processes and structures in place.
