About the role

The job title says cleaner. Not just going through the motions - but doing the job properly and feeling good about the result. This is real, physical work. You'll be on your feet all day, moving through homes, using your body. It's demanding, and we want you to go in with your eyes open - because the people who thrive in this role are the ones who take that physical commitment seriously and still bring their best to every home they walk into.

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to a professional standard
• Laundry, bed-making, and general home organisation
• Following client-specific checklists and care preferences
• Working in the homes of NDIS, DVA, and private clients across Toowoomba and surrounds

About you

• Physically fit and able to sustain hands-on work across a full day, shift after shift
• Take genuine pride in a job done properly
• Reliable, punctual, and professional every single shift
• Work well independently without needing supervision
• Treat every home like it matters - because to the person living in it, it does

• Current driver's licence and reliable, registered and insured vehicle
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
