Fleet Allocator - Day Shift - St Marys or Port Botany

Due to a shuffle in our busy team we have availability for a Fleet Allocator for Day Shift

Based at our Port Botany OR St Marys site, you will be working in the transport team reporting to the Transport Operations Manager.

Own reliable transport is absolutely essential

The primary objective of the Fleet Allocator is to be responsible for the allocation and scheduling of all fleet, ensuring strict delivery deadlines are adhered to. 

What your day will look like:

• Prioritize fleet workloads

• Ensure the fleet operates efficiently at all times to minimize costs and time lost

• Maintain service levels to clients

• Ensure clients are kept informed of any delays

• Adhoc day to day

What you can bring to us:

• Prior experience with managing a fleet of trucks for container deliveries Essential

• Experience with container movements, collections from the wharf and delivery to client

• Sound computer skills. Experience in Maximas and Container Chain not essential, but desirable

• Experienced with 1-Stop

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
