This role would suit a qualified baker or someone with previous baking experience who is looking to continue growing their career in the baking industry.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well in a team, and is comfortable in a busy, hands-on bakery environment. Previous baking experience is required, as we need someone who can step into the role with a basic understanding of bakery operations.

About the role

As part of our bakery team, you will be involved in the daily preparation and baking of our bread and bakery products. This includes mixing doughs, following production schedules, moulding and baking products, and ensuring everything is finished to Bakers Delight standards.

You will also be responsible for keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised while working as part of a fast-paced team. Early morning starts and weekend availability may be required.

About you

We are looking for someone with previous hands-on baking experience, whether you are a qualified baker or have worked in a bakery environment before.

The right person will be reliable, punctual, and hardworking, with a strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality products. You will need to be able to follow instructions, work well with others, and stay focused in a busy production environment.

A good understanding of cleanliness, food safety, and consistency is important for this role.

Pay: $52,334.43 – $82,071.13 per year
