About The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our Business Process team as Accounting & Reporting (A&R) Accountant, ANZ.

This role reports to the A&R Manager, APeC based in Wacol, Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily accounting tasks and manage month-end activitiesOwnership of the daily accounting activities and ensuring data integrity to enable accurate reportingProcess, analyse and reconcile financial informationComplete investigation, commentary and explanations on income and expense variationsAssist in completion of monthly and end-of-year financial accounting reporting requirements meeting strict deadlinesProvide assistance with budgeting processesAssist with balance sheet reconciliationsActively involved in Risk Controls ManagementClosely cooperate with the business departments of multiple companies within the region, provide financial professional supportLiaise with external tax consultants on monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing.Internal Audit and Compliance: Cooperate with the company's internal audit workPartner closely with APAC GSS team in Shanghai on routine transactionsOther adhoc reports / analysis as requested

About You

Degree in accounting or equivalentan Assist,,providingreports/analysisad hoc3 - 5 years of working experience in a similar capacitySAP experience is an added advantageGood in Excel and preferably with an interest in Power BI, AI-related tools
