NDIS Support Worker — Hornsby & Surrounding Areas True Embrace Pty Ltd | Casual | Multiple Positions Available

About the role

We're looking for warm, reliable, and genuinely caring Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis, supporting participants in and around Hornsby. Shifts vary and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasional sleepovers, so there's flexibility to suit different availabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Personal care and daily living support

• Community access and social/recreational activities

• Transport to appointments, outings, and activities

• Domestic assistance and light household tasks

• Building independence and working towards personal goals

• Companionship and genuine, respectful connection

About you

• A genuine passion for supporting people with disability to live the life they choose

• Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills

• A valid NSW driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

• Working With Children Check, if supporting younger participants

• Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or a related field is well regarded but not essential
