About the role

As a Flooring Installer, you’ll lead our team in delivering high‑quality flooring outcomes across commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• general concrete grinding and surface preparation

• leading the application of premium flooring finishes

• maintaining a safe & organised worksite at all times

• working alongside experienced tradespeople in a hands-on environment

• contributing to a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork.

What we’re looking for

• Full Australian working rights essential

• Min. 3 years concrete resurfacing experience essential

• Current White Construction Card essential

• Strong knowledge of polished concrete, epoxy, surface preparation and levelling

• Strong written & verbal communication skills + high attention to detail

• Leadership skills to supervise and support our team.
