rebel General Manager - eCommerce & Marketing

Why this role matters… This role will shape the future of rebel's Customer, Digital, eCommerce and Marketing Brand strategy. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll champion the customer, drive digital innovation and unlock new growth opportunities through AI, personalisation and connected experiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in strengthening rebel's market position and defining the next chapter of growth for one of Australia's most recognised retail brands. 

What you'll be responsible for

• Shape the Future - Define and deliver a bold, customer-led growth strategy across marketing, eCommerce, digital and loyalty, positioning rebel for future success through innovation, AI and emerging technologies.
• Drive Digital & Commercial Growth - Lead the eCommerce and Digital agenda, owning online performance, P&L delivery and customer growth while creating seamless digital experiences that drive revenue, conversion and customer lifetime value.
• Build Brand Leadership - Develop and execute integrated marketing, media and go-to-market strategies that strengthen brand consideration, grow market share and reinforce rebel's position as Australia's leading sports retailer.
• Champion the Customer - Embed the voice of the customer across the business, leveraging customer insights, loyalty and personalisation strategies to drive engagement, retention and advocacy.
• Lead & Inspire High-Performing Teams - Build and develop exceptional teams across Marketing, eCommerce, Customer and Content, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement while contributing as a key enterprise leader within Super Retail Group.

• Proven Omnichannel Operator - A track record of leading large-scale retail, consumer or omnichannel businesses and delivering sustainable growth.
• Future-Focused Innovator - Deep expertise in digital commerce, customer engagement, AI, personalisation and emerging technologies.
• Commercially Driven Executive - Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership and delivery.
• Transformation & Growth Champion - Demonstrated success leading transformation, scaling growth and driving organisational change.
• Influential Stakeholder Leader - Exceptional ability to influence, align and engage stakeholders at Executive and enterprise level.
