We are looking for enthusiastic and personable Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Breakfast team, with Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual opportunities available.

Our Breakfast team is a close-knit and energetic group who take pride in creating warm, memorable luxury experiences for our guests every morning.

You will deliver genuine and attentive service across our breakfast operation, ensuring every guest starts their day with a welcoming InterContinental experience.

Breakfast shifts are staggered between 6:00am and 7:00am starts, with finish times between 11:00am and 3:00pm, giving you your afternoons free.

We are looking for people who can commit to a minimum of 3–4 shifts per week, with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.

• Previous Food & Beverage experience within a restaurant, bar, café or similar environment.

• Availability for early morning starts and a genuine enjoyment of working mornings.

• A warm, friendly and energetic personality.

• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards.

• Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
