Administration & Operations Co-ordinator

CLA Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is now approaching its seventh year and is one of the NT's trusted providers for commercial, industrial, and residential Refrigeration and Air conditioning services.

We're looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused Administration & Operations Officer to join our team in a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start.

• Schedule and coordinate jobs using Simpro.

• Be the first point of contact for our customers.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by phone and email.

• Support the service manager with day-to-day operations.

• Coordinate technicians and assist with daily scheduling and checking of service reports.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers and trades.

• Order parts and materials.

• Prepare jobs, basic quotes, and pre-invoicing.

• Manage stocktake and general office administration.

• Previous administration role (preferable but not essential)

• Organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A confident communicator with strong customer service skills.

• Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, reliable and eager to learn.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Experience in the trade industry is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
