Daily Tasks

• Operate high reach forklifts (7 bays high, single bay deep)
• Pallet and unit picking/packing using RF scanning and high reach RC/RM forklifts for warehouse and truck loading/unloading
• Complete manual handling duties
• Work within a Chiller environment (PPE provided — jacket supplied)
• Store and maintain materials, equipment and tools
• Identify and escalate Food Safety & Quality, hazard, and risk issues to leadership

Skills Required

• Current forklift licence essential; previous RC and/or RM stand-up forklift experience desirable
• Previous Freezer and/or Export operations experience favourable
• Warehouse and/or Distribution experience (or similar) required
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Commitment, reliability, and motivation
• Calm under pressure when facing obstacles
• Physically fit, able to repetitively lift 5kg–15kg
• Flexible to cover various shifts, including regular weekend work and public holidays
