Physiotherapist | $100-140K based on experience | Full-time

Maximise Physiotherapy has built a team of 15+ physiotherapists across our Top End clinics, with real structure behind how our clinicians develop over time. We're now expanding that same setup with our Cairns clinic, and looking for a physiotherapist who wants to grow with us — whether you're a new grad or a few years in.

The day to day
It's a musculoskeletal and rehab-focused caseload with good variety — private, sports rehab, NDIS, DVA and compensable patients. You'll have admin support on the ground in Cairns, backed by our broader Darwin admin team. We're also flexible with scheduling; if you need a morning or afternoon off during the week, we'll make it work.

Mentorship
We've got 2 APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physios and 2 APA Titled Pain Physios across the team, with two physios currently undergoing their sports masters and Cairns is properly connected into that:

• Mentoring and case reviews with our Titled Physios, via Teams

• Weekly group PD sessions (around 2 hours) — you'll join these live alongside our Darwin team

• External CPD fully funded
  

Where it can go
Physiotherapist → Senior Physiotherapist → APA Titled Physiotherapist. You'll know early on what the next step looks like and have the mentoring to actually get there.

Package
$100,000–$140,000+ depending on experience, and fully funded external CPD.

Current AHPRA registration is essential. Beyond that, we're open to new grads and experienced physios alike — what matters more is that you care about your clinical development and work well with patients and colleagues.
