Grower

An exciting opportunity exists for a Grower to join a progressive and expanding horticultural business operating one of Australia's leading banana production enterprises.

Working alongside experienced operational leaders, you will provide technical agronomic support while helping drive productivity, crop performance and continuous improvement across a large-scale commercial farming operation.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with practical, hands-on farming and wants to develop their career within a business that is investing in its people and operations. What you'll be doing

• Provide agronomic advice across all stages of banana production

• Monitor crop health, nutrition, irrigation and pest and disease management

• Analyse production data and identify opportunities to improve yield and quality

• Work closely with farm management to implement best-practice growing programs

• Support research, trials and continuous improvement initiatives

• Contribute to operational planning and decision making

About you

• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or a related discipline

• Experience in commercial horticulture

• Strong understanding of crop production principles

• Practical problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
