About the Role:
The College is currently seeking a casual, multi-talented Learn to Swim Instructor offering a minimum of 20 + hours per week with further potential hours and growth opportunities. Offering $38.79 to $50.68 per hour (ex super) depending on experience.
The Learn to Swim Instructor is responsible for delivering quality, engaging and educational learn to swim lessons to clients, ensuring programs are safe and are professionally delivered in accordance with program requirements whilst ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained. This position reports to the Learn to Swim School Coordinator for all day-to-day activities and works closely with the Pool Lifeguard on duty.
