ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, in this position you key responsibilities include:

• Act as a key liaison between Chisholm and the broader community and/or industry.
• Build and strengthen Chisholm's profile, partnerships and community presence across Melbourne's south east.
• Foster strong relationships with local government, industry peak bodies, employers and community leaders.
• Lead industry advisory groups to ensure training aligns with workforce needs.
• Manage and grow the Chisholm Skills and Job Centre, ensuring delivery of quality employment and training outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder events, partnerships and executive engagement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable outcomes through planning, reporting and budget management.

ABOUT YOU

• You are an experience stakeholder engagement professional working with industry, government and community.
• Be commercially astute, balancing community outcomes with business growth opportunities.
• Be a confident communicator who can represent Chisholm at various forums.
• Be passionate about education, workforce development and creating opportunities for student, employers and the wider community.
• Have strong project, budget and performance management capabilities.
• Experience in the Government sector, VET/Higher Education experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications required for the role:

• Tertiary qualifications relevant to the field.
