Administration / Accounts – 3 Days Per Week

Bluenox is looking for an organised, proactive Administration/Accounts All-Rounder who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and loves being involved in all administration.

If you’re someone who enjoys managing calendars with precision, scheduling staff efficiently, and staying one step ahead — this could be the perfect role for you.

This is a varied and hands-on position where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while helping coordinate and deliver successful outcomes

• Managing and maintaining calendars and diaries

• Accounts payable/Receivable

• Payroll

• Identifying and supporting new projects and initiatives

• Record control and document management

• General administration and operational support

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines

• Proactive and able to anticipate needs

• Comfortable coordinating schedules

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must have XERO knowledge

• 3 days per week (flexible for the right candidate)
