As a Full-Time Storeman/Cellar person, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the cellar, stock movement, and venue facilities. From receiving deliveries and replenishing stock to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment, your contribution is essential to delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests. Working closely with the Duty Managers, Facilities Team, and Operations Team, you will help ensure stock and equipment are maintained to a high standard and available when required.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store beverage and kitchen deliveries.

• Replenish and rotate stock across all bars and service areas.

• Manage keg rooms, post-mix systems, and monitor gas levels.

• Maintain cellar organization, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards.

• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.

• Monitor and replenish vending machines and storage areas.

• Support the upkeep of outdoor areas, pathways, car parks, and waste management areas.

• Complete daily cleaning duties, including bins, cool rooms, loading docks, and work areas.

• Follow Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures and report hazards promptly.

• Accurately complete required compliance records, checklists, and documentation.

About you

• Hold a current Forklift License.

• Current RSA. ( Or willingness to obtain, this can be provided at no charge by the club)

• Current and Valid drivers license.

• Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

• Take pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.

• Willing to work weekends and Public Holidays.

• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and varied shifts.

• Ability to work unsupervised at times.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of WHS Practices.
