Receptionist/scheduler

Are you computer savvy, personable, enjoy talking with customers on the phone and working in a team? We're looking for a Receptionist/Scheduler for our busy office at Darwin Lock and Key. The role is based in our office answering calls, making up job cards and scheduling technicians, among other tasks such as filing.  

We have mobile technicians who rescue customers stuck outside locked doors of cars, houses and offices. We install roller doors and security systems. We supply and install safes and locking systems, so every day is different. We have to react quickly, so you will need to have a strong work ethic and be efficient. This job includes online portals which requires good computer skills.

We offer generous pay and full training for the right person. We want someone who is eager and willing to learn. Previous experience of office administration is essential, but we can train specific Locksmith knowledge.
