About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE
Barker College is seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Coordinator (People Operations) to join our People & Culture team at our Hornsby campus.
This is a permanent full-time position commencing as soon as practicable.
Reporting to the Deputy Head People & Culture, the HR Coordinator (People Operations) plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of efficient, compliant and people centred HR services across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Business Partners and broader People & Culture team, the role provides operational and administrative coordination across recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, compliance, workforce administration and employee enquiries.
As a key point of contact for staff and leaders, the successful candidate will help create a positive employee experience while ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of HR processes and services across the School.
