Emble Allied Health is a large private practice that offers family-centred and evidence-based Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Dietetics, Feeding Therapy, Art Therapy, Physiotherapy and Key Working services to children, young people and their families.
We operate from our purpose-built and modern 715 sqm clinic space located in Mill Park.

About the RoleWe’re looking for a values-aligned Client Liaison Officer who enjoys working collaboratively and is motivated to take the next step in their career, to lead a small team.
We are seeking a Client Liaison Officer Team Lead to join our team full-time, on an ongoing basis.
Days of work: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm
This is a salary based position + superannuation.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Client Liaison Officer Team Lead role may include:
Administrative Support to Emble families & clinicians:
Provide exceptional client service and continually exceed client expectations.
Supporting clients in person and over the phone to discuss Emble’s key service offering, policies and practice ethos/values.
Manage and respond to general enquiries and referrals for Therapy services, as well as all other inbound enquiries.
Issue invoices and take payments for services (including NDIS, Medicare, Private Health Insurance etc.)
Develop and maintain administrative records.
Book, reschedule and manage books of initial consultations, therapy sessions and meetings.
Distribution and tracking of client documentation which may require completion or renewal, including intake documentation, NDIS plans and service agreements.
Organise office stationery (including items for communal areas, such as the kitchens and bathrooms), ensuring supplies are maintained and ordered in advance to ensure no material runs out.
Ensure office cleaning is taking place and standards of hygiene and tidiness across the office and its amenities are taking place.
Supporting the Client Liaison Officer Team & Operational Team:
Facilitate weekly administration team meetings with the Client Liaison Officer team, General Manager and Accounts Manager
Support the development and continuous improvement of policies and procedures which impact Emble families, clinicians and overall operations.
Contribute to the development and performance of the Client Liaison Officer team.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of Client Liaison Officers.
Work with the leadership team to resolve any complaints in an empathetic and timely manner.
Assist with account management to resolve any issues regarding invoicing or other payment matters.

We are looking for someone who:

Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and adapt in a dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Experience managing client documentation, while maintaining confidentiality and meeting legal requirements (NDIS and allied health administration experience highly regarded.)
Essential Requirements
Current Working with Children Check (Employment)
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current Drivers Licence and access to a reliable, comprehensively insured car.
At least 2 years experience in an administrative role.
Eligibility to work in Australia.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role, within an allied health or medical setting.
Previous experience managing a team of administrators.
Strong knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Medicare funding.
Strong understanding of the areas of Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Key Working, Dietetics, Feeding Therapy and/or Art Therapy.
