Client Relationship Executive

About the Role

Are you an ambitious, self-driven sales professional who loves meeting new people and closing deals? We’re seeking an energetic Client Relationship Executive to join our team 3 days a week. Driving growth across a dedicated territory, you will spearhead outbound sales—combining face-to-face consultations, targeted PR outreach, and client gap analysis to deliver tailored print, signage, and design solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Outreach & Lead Gen: Identify prospective business clients; conduct targeted prospecting using Print Speak CRM, AI tools, and local business networking groups.
• GAP Analysis: Audit existing client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling design, print, and signage services.
• Client Consultations: Conduct face-to-face meetings and present tailored solutions matching each client's industry needs. Deliver
• Lead Conversion: Perform fast, timely follow-ups on all inbound and outbound inquiries to convert prospects into repeat clients.
• CRM Management: Maintain detailed weekly records of client interactions, call activity, and PR pack deliveries in Print Speak CRM.

• Proven Outbound Sales Track Record: Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and closing deals.
• Strong Communicator: Ability to present complex marketing and printing solutions simply and persuasively.
• Self-Motivated & Disciplined: Exceptional time management skills with a focus on hitting key sales activity targets ("knowing your numbers").
• Resilient & Energetic: Positive attitude with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour

• Sales: 2 years (Required)
