Morgana Walker Psychology is a new and growing private practice in Melbourne’s inner north, with a vision to build a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to better support children, adolescents, adults, and families in our local community.

We are seeking experienced neuro-affirming Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, ADHD Coaches & Play Therapists who are aligned with our mission.

This is a contractor position offering flexibility and autonomy, with the opportunity to help shape the direction of a new and evolving practice.

You will:

• Provide assessment and/or therapeutic services to clients across the lifespan

• Work independently while contributing to a developing multidisciplinary team

• Have the opportunity to collaborate with other clinicians as the practice grows

• Build and manage your own caseload (with support as referrals increase)

• Are fully registered with AHPRA (Psychologists & OTs) or Speech Pathology Australia (Speech Pathologists)

• Have experience in private practice, community, or paediatric settings (preferred)

• Work with a client-centred, strengths-based approach

• Value collaboration, professionalism, and quality care

• Are motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

Experience or interest in any of the following is highly regarded:

• Neurodevelopmental assessments (e.g., ASD, ADHD)

• Early intervention

• School-based or family-focused work

• NDIS clients and report writing
